Health is a precious asset and the well being of the students is always a priority
This is why a licensed nurse is permanently present at school
Families must carefully fill-up the individual health form concerning their child/ren at the time of enrolment, imperatively indicate all necessary information (medical history, allergies, asthma, special diet, , etc…) and attach a copy of the vaccination record.
Even if the nurse consults first with the family in case of emergency, she needs all necessary information :
