The Library, a multimedia centre in the heart of the school, expands to the entrance hall whenever temporary exhibits are organized to illustrate educational projects or to show some students’ research works.
More than 12 000 books as well as magazines and brochures are freely available - the library subscribes to more than 20 different magazines as well as a variety of technical and scientific periodicals, for all ages, – in French, English and/or German.
A separate study room located within the library may be used by students while doing research work, with or without their teacher. Laptops, monitors, multimedia projectors are available for presentations, conferences or movie projections .
The librarian is responsible for the purchase and display of the documents along with their careful computerized listing which may be consulted at any time by the students. On line, they may reserve, check, suggest purchases and also request for the help of the librarian to advise them in their research and/or for the analysis of their findings.
At the entrance of the Library, one may find the ONISEP and CIDJ booths which are informative publications and on line information networks based in Europe regarding careers and professions. Information about universities abroad is also available. This set-up facilitates the autonomy of each student.
The library is open daily, Monday to Friday, from 7.15 am to 3.30 pm.
